Workshop #1:
Diffusing Conflict with Civility and Respect
Are you a shark or teddy bear when it comes to confronting others?  This session will help you identify your conflict style and ways to diffuse conflict in your organization with civility and respect so that your group members can still successfully work together.

Workshop #2: 
Etiquette for the Professional World
Good manners are good business.  Learning to present
yourself and communicate well is important to learn to make you successful for any future profession.  This session will teach you etiquette tips such as respect for time, respect for cultural differences, and respect in communications with others.
