Grade requests

The Grade Request form must be completed and sent via email to Ryan Mitchall at, or submitted in-person to the Dean of Students Office in 301 Student Center. A staff member will process the document and prepare it to be picked up by the requesting party.

The Dean of Students Office will not send any notice or documentation about grades via email to any student, organization, or national organization. The student requesting the grade verification will be responsible for its dissemination per the listed policy.
