How to track service hours

All students have the opportunity to track service hours within the Get Involved platform. To do so, you must be part of an organization. If you are not part of a student organization, or would like to report your hours elsewhere, you can join the volunteer hub to report your service hours.

These service hours can be included in your involvement record.

Submitting service hours from your user profile

  1. Select your profile in the upper right.
  2. Select "Service Hours".
    This view will show all pending, approved and denied hours.
  3. Click the "+Add Service Hours" button.
  4. Select the organization to which you want to apply the service hours.
    You must be a part of an organization to track service hours. Join the volunteer hub if you need an organization for tracking.
  5. Add the details about your experience and hit "Create."

These submissions will need to be approved by an organization officer or campus administrator.
