Small-format printing
We offer small-format printing up to 12"x18" on our Xerox Versant 180 press.
Our machine cannot print to the edge. If you would like your design to print to the edge, you will need to size up your paper and include a cut charge. These designs should be submitted with crop marks and bleeds.

Hot cards
Hot cards are 4.25"x5.5" (quarter-sheet) prints with a white border, purchased in sets of four. These are printed on lightweight cardstock. Price includes cutting charge.

Postcards

Bookmarks/tickets
Bookmarks are 2" x 8.25" in size, printed on heavyweight cardstock. Add perforation to create a tearable ticket. Must be ordered in sets of five. A set-up charge is added to each set of bookmarks/tickets. Set-up charge is waived if we design the artwork.

Large-format projects are printed on one of our two Epson large-format printers.
Posters
Paper descriptions
Draft: a lightweight paper (20#) great for printing drafts, or a low-cost option for an informal class presentation. The print is still quality, but not as vibrant as our bond paper.
Maximum width: 36"W.
Bond: a thicker paper (46#) great for presentations and conferences. The paper is bright white and prints with vibrant colors.
Maximum width: 42"W.
Polybanner: a tear-resistant media, great for conference-style presentations. Has a slight off-white coloring.

Mounted poster: these are printed on our adhesive polybanner and then mounted to foam board. Great for event signage.

Submit a high-quality photo of a friend or your face and have it printed on custom-cut foam core. Great for graduations, birthdays and sporting events!

Pin-back buttons
Buttons make a great give-a-way! Buttons take at least a week for production for quantities up to 100. We recommend that for quantities over 100 you consider ordering from one of the university's preferred vendors.

Yard signs
Yard signs are usful for event directional signage. Standard yard signs are 24"x18". We also carry material in 24"x36", but we do not recommend using it staked in the ground as it is too tall. This option makes good outdoor signage that hangs or is mounted to an a-frame.
