The advertising options below are available for Registered Student Organizations and campus departments. 

Get Involved newsletter

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and campus departments can promote events, opportunities, jobs and volunteer opportunities in the Get Involved newsletter. Volunteer opportunities are also listed on the Volunteer Hub. The newsletter goes out on Sundays and Wednesdays during the fall and winter semesters and on Sundays during the spring/summer semester. 

Requests must be submitted by noon the business day of the newsletter (noon on Friday for Sunday newsletters).

Digital signage

These are displayed on the TV monitors in prominent locations in the Student Center. Available for RSOs and campus departments. Art that is not formatted correctly may not be approved. All art submitted is subject to approval by Student Life Marketing and Graphics.

Design specs: 16:9 ratio (minimum 1280px x 720px), at least 72 dpi, PNG or JPG only

Table tents 

These six-sided table tents are positioned throughout the Student Center and Towers Café. Up to two sides can be reserved at a time (can be made into one larger graphic or two separate graphics). Placements start bi-weekly on Fridays. Please request your desired date range when placing your service request. Placements are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

Design specs: 4"W x 6"H for single, 8"W x 6"H for double, crop marks and bleeds required for best quality

Student Center pillar posters

There are four poster frames located on the first floor of the Student Center; two on the south side, two on the north. Advertisement is for one design in all four locations. Maximum reservation is two weeks at a time. Please request your desired date range when placing your service request. Placements are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

Elevator posters

Two frames are located in every public elevator in the Student Center, M. Roy Wilson State Hall and the STEM Innovation Learning Center . These are researved in Group A and Group B, one in each elevator (three in the Student Center, three in State Hall, two in STEM). Maximum reservation is two weeks at a time. Placements start on Fridays. Please request your desired date range when placing your service request. Placements are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

Official bulletin boards

Official bulletin boards are posting areas enclosed in glass located throughout campus buildings, controlled by Student Life Marketing and Graphics (Graphics). All posting areas controlled by Graphics are identified as such. These spaces are available for registered student organizations and university units. Schools, colleges, departments, or buildings may have enclosed posting areas, which fall under the jurisdiction of those areas. Contact the appropriate person in those units regarding use of those posting areas. 

Submit five (more locations coming soon) flyers to the drop box outside of 013 Student Center with a request form.

  • Drop off slip contains contact information and requested posting dates. 
  • By submitting your flyers to the drop box, you agree to the policies. Postings that do not follow the policies will not be posted and will not be given notice. 
  • Once the flyers are obtained, Graphics will post the materials on the next posting date.  
  • Postings will be displayed for a maximum of one month.  

Flyers will be posted on Mondays, unless there is a university closure. Flyers must be dropped off the Thursday prior for review.
