GET INVOLVED 101

This training is an orientation to the Get Involved platform and what can be done in your organization's portal.

Recommended for officers of your organization
60 minutes


PORTAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Learn how to grant permissions to other members of your organization, customize your portal's tools, create groups, upload files, and send out messages to members and event attendees.

Recommended for portal administrators (presidents and treasurers)

EVENT PROCESS

Learn the ins and outs of the event process from creation to post-event management. This training will also cover OneCard swiping at your organization's events.

Recommended for event coordinators

SAFB FUNDING PROPOSAL PROCESS

This training will cover how to submit for funding through the Student Activities Funding Board and what the policies and procedures are for receiving funding.

Recommended for treasurers/finance members

HOW TO CREATE AND USE FORMS

Learn how to create forms using different features and form logic. Attach forms to your events to create surveys for your attendees.

PLANNING FOR TRANSITIONS

Learn how to transfer leadership by updating your officer's start and end dates. This training will also cover updating your organization's profile (registration) and how to submit for an organization name change.
